Tasted at 43-56 degrees on the IR temp gun. Color: luminescent light straw. Nose: guava, mountain apple, grapefruit. Mouthfeel: zingy acids. Tail trail: 7 seconds. Flavors: lemon blossom, pear, lime, quarry, freshly cracked granite. Food pairing: parmesan chicken.

Alcohol:14.0%. Columbia Valley AVA. Vineyards: Klipsun, Spring Creek. 100% new French oak (Taransaud, Orion, Le Grand, Quintessence, and Millet). Released May, 2012. 385 cases.
