Tasted at 48-52 degrees on the IR temp gun. Color: electric light straw. Nose: peach blossom, honeysuckle, lime, floral essence. Mouthfeel: light-bodied with zippy acids. Tail trail: 4 seconds. Flavors: peach syrup, green melon, apricot. Food pairing: beef stew and kale. Meh.

Alcohol: 12.6% (guessed 12.5%). Yakima Valley AVA. Vineyards: Spring Creek and Brooks. TA: 0.65%. pH 3.15. RS 1.32% (tastes much sweeter). 1595 cases. Stelvin cap. Acids: medium (+). Finish: medium (-). Power: 1/5. Balance: 2/5. Depth: 2/5. Finesse: 1/5. Rated: 86. Value: $6. Paid: $10. This is WAwineman… uncorked, uneducated but not uncouth.
