Tasted at 64-68 degrees on the IR temp gun. Luxurious dark magenta in the Riedel with essences of black currant crème, raspberry, and char spilling over the rim, this coy gem delivered heaps of black fruit, black pepper, blueberry, soft sultry tannins, red licorice, and aged leather. Wonderful! Food pairing was Walla Walla sweets and quick-and-easy chili. Gorgeous.
