Tasted at 49-55 degrees on the IR temp gun. Soothing notes of lemon bath and Yakima peach dominate in the Riedel and expressing brilliant light gold. Medium-bodied with hearty acids that lead to a complex weave of nectarines, pear, lemon, peach, gravel, grass, granite, calcite, white onyx, coral, pink grapefruit, and fresh-cut fig. When paired with chicken parmigiana, it was a mouthful of dirty sex.
