Tasted at 56-65 degrees on the IR temp gun. Nose: pear, melon, green apple, peach, lemon zest. Color: light straw. Mouthfeel: medium-bodied with a little heat. Tail trail: 6 seconds. Flavors: pear, peach, ripe orange, cantaloupe, lime. Decent with pork fried rice and Mumbai curry.

Alcohol: 13.1%. Columbia Valley AVA. Power: 2/5. Balance: 3/5. Depth: 2/5. Finesse: 3/5. Rated: 90. Value: $25. Paid: $25. This is WAwineman… uncorked, uneducated but not uncouth.
