Chateau Ste. Michelle 2011 Columbia Valley riesling

Tasted at 49-61 degrees on the IR temp gun. Color: light straw. Nose: peach, pear, citrus blossoms. Mouthfeel: light-bodied with an acid-bite. Tail trail: 5 seconds. Flavors: orange zest, peach, green melon, kiwi. Paired with pork cutlet and Kettle Zesty Ranch chips. Nice.

Alcohol: 11.5%. Hundreds of thousands of cases. Power: 1/5. Balance: 2/5. Depth: 2/5. Finesse: 1/5. Rated: 86. Value: $6. Paid: $6. This is WAwineman… uncorked, uneducated but not uncouth.
