Can’t say that I have tried the 2013 vintage yet, but for Viognier, I generally like ANC’s over most that I have tasted. It used to be that I liked the “Crawford” version more than their “Reserve” version, but a change in style for the Reserve a couple years ago changed my opinion. The Crawford is still my “go to” Viognier with halibut and other white-meated fish, and some shrimp dishes.

Quite shocked that one of the “bigger” wineries has released a 2013 already, but it is viognier, after all.
Didn’t expect much and, quite honestly, didn’t get much either. But again, it is viognier.
Those food pairings sound perfect with viognier! One of these days… your house will be mine.

Any time – you can bring the Beecher’s Cheese and a bottle of that Kaella Sangio you are so fond of…

Now that’s a combo I haven’t attempted yet. Would feel bad for the cheese, tho.
