Tasted at 54-60 degrees on the IR temp gun. Color: pale canary. Nose: pear, melon, yellow flowers. Mouthfeel: medium bodied. Tail trail: 6 seconds. Flavors: pear, peach, ghee, white pepper, grapefruit skin. Good with cheap pizza, roasted peanuts, and garlic cheesy bread potato chips.

Alcohol: 13.5%. Columbia Valley AVA. Stainless steel fermented. Bottled April 2013. Released July 2013. Less than 100 cases. Stelvin cap. Power: 2/5. Balance: 2/5. Depth: 2/5. Finesse: 2/5. Rated: 88. Value: $18. Paid: $15. This is WAwineman… uncorked, uneducated but not uncouth.
