Tasted at 46-63 degrees on the IR temp gun. Bright, luminescent gold displaying lemon blossom, grapefruit, fig, key lime, and nectarine. Firm acids intertwine smoky notes with yellow citrus layers. Refined and elegant. Best with dry coppa or salami. Avoid with prosciutto.
