Tasted at 51-60 degrees on the IR temp gun. Color: very light straw. Nose: red spices, yellow flowers, tangerine, pineapple. Mouthfeel: light-bodied. Tail trail: 5 seconds. Flavors: grapefruit, citrus, peach, nectarine, acid spine. Cut right through a curried chicken cutlet.

Alcohol: 13.2%. Snipes Mountain AVA. 15% riesling. Whole berry-pressed and co-fermented in stainless steel. Power: 2/5. Balance: 2/5. Depth: 3/5. Finesse: 2/5. Rated: 89. Value: $17. Paid: forgot. This is WAwineman… uncorked, uneducated but not uncouth.
