Tasted at 55-62 degrees on the IR temp gun. Color: buttery gold. Nose/flavors: orange blossoms, lemon flowers, apricot floret. Mouthfeel: medium-bodied and thick. Tail trail: 9 seconds. Paired well with my neighbor’s Vietnamese buffet.

Alcohol: 13.5%. Winemaker: Ed Wicklein. Rattlesnake Hills AVA. Bottle made in Washington. Power: 2/5. Balance: 2/5. Depth: 2/5. Finesse: 2/5. Rated: 88. Value: $20. Paid: $20. This is WAwineman… uncorked, uneducated but not uncouth.
