Tasted at 61-64 degrees on the IR temp gun. Color: young and voluptuous garnet. Nose: cassis, jar of freshly cracked black peppercorns, purple flowers, raspberry. Mouthfeel: full-bodied with some spicy bite. Tail trail: 10 seconds. Flavors: eau de black pepper, black violet, black asphalt, cumin, cola nut, clove, nutmeg. Great front label portrait!
